FM300 is a rapid-curing, expanding polyurethane foam designed for professional gap filling and insulation applications.

FM300 is suitable for general gap filling and insulation work. Typical uses include filling gaps in partition walls and between floors, spaces between prefabricated elements, perimeter sealing around service penetrations, and sealing around insulation panels.

Application

Shake the canister firmly at least 20 times. Remove the cap and screw the canister onto the illbruck PU foam gun.
If using the AA210 nozzle, attach it to the valve and turn it 90° to lock.
Use the canister upside down. Control foam output with the gun’s adjustment screw and trigger.
Do not fully fill joints—allow space for foam expansion. Fill about 50% of the joint depth.
Keep the canister vertical with the valve pointing downward. On horizontal surfaces, work away from the bead. On vertical surfaces, work from bottom to top. For deep joints (up to 70 mm), apply the foam in layers. Allow each layer to skin and partly cure before applying the next.
Lightly mist clean water between layers to improve adhesion and curing speed.
